Getting Your Grapes

Once we receive your order request we will respond within 2 business days with an invoice confirming your order.

• Pay by Check – Please send checks to PO Box 157, Underwood, WA 98651
• Pay by Credit Card – Credit card payments are accepted for orders under $1,000 without fees. The 3% credit fee applies for amounts over $1,000.
  • Pay online through PayPal, a PayPal account is not required. The 3% fee applies.
    
  • You may call as at 510.527.3675 to pay by phone.

Please contact us at least three business days in advance to schedule a FedEx Shipment or pick-up appointment at the freezer.

• FedEx – Pails of frozen grapes or juice can be shipped to your door anywhere in the U.S. We cannot FedEx drums due to their weight.
• LTL Truck Shipments – For large pail orders or any quantity of totes and drums, we can arrange LTL freight shipments. You are also welcome to arrange shipments with your preferred LTL carrier.

  Shipping costs change frequently in response to weather, fuel costs and availability so we do not provide flat rates. We are happy to provide a quote for an order. You will get the best rate the closer you are to filling up a pallet. For example, there is typically a small price difference in the cost of shipping 1 drum or when filling the pallet with 4 drums. Getting together with friends and sharing shipping is a great way to save! We have accounts with multiple shipping companies that provide us with substantially lower rates than our customers typically receive for single orders. Brehm Vineyards charges a $50 coordination fee when we make shipping arrangements. You are welcome to arrange for your own shipping without the fee.

• We can ship individual orders to Canada using LTL trucks year-round.
• We cannot FedEx orders into Canada. We can FedEx an order to a FedEx facility close to the Canadian border for you to pick-up.
