Vintage 2005: Final Harvest Statistics

Following are the Harvest Statistics from our 2005 Grape Harvest.

  • Statistics for Black Grapes must are based on samples taken prior to crushing and destemming. Frozen pails may vary from posted numbers for black grapes.
  • Statistics for White Grape juice are based on homogenous tank samples prior to freezing. Frozen pails should be accurate for white grapes.

When using our frozen grapes for winemaking, it is recommended that all winemakers check the Brix, TA and pH prior to fermentation.
